After spending 20+ years in the physically demanding food and beverage industry, dealing with years of back pain, and finding out I had been born with fused lumbar vertebrae, I was subject to months with no movement and very little exercise.

It was then I began searching for a way to return to the intensely athletic lifestyle of basketball, weight training and Muay Thai.

While working for Wolfgang Puck in Singapore, I fell in love with Mat Pilates and found it to be one of the most helpful yet challenging things I’d ever done.

Fast-forward 10+ years of travel and opening multiple restaurants — Candice was overworked, stressed out and had been having further episodes of low back issues and major sciatica.

I saw what Pilates had done for me so I decided to get certified.

Living through the pandemic, I realized I had a life changing decision to make. I choose Pilates for my life and my career.

I am trained in all Comprehensive Modules by Balanced Body and a Balanced Body Integrated Movement Specialist.

My favorite thing about Pilates is that there is a movement or exercise for everyone and every body.

In my classes you are guaranteed a workout!

I always strive to challenge everyone in class and ask only for you to find your full potential while moving your body.
