Phil Zeppetella

Phil began his Pilates journey in the spring of 2020 with curiosity and an open mind.
A lifelong multi-sport athlete, years of physical wear and tear led to chronic knee issues and lower-back discomfort.
Within months of consistent practice, his body began to heal and evolve.
Training four times per week, he developed strength, mobility, and body awareness in ways he had never experienced before.
These changes extended beyond the studio—supporting better sleep, increased energy, and improved focus and performance in daily life.
As his practice deepened, Phil was invited to participate in a Pilates teacher training workshop.
What began as exploration quickly became a purpose.
Today, he maintains a full teaching schedule and is deeply committed to helping clients move with greater strength, confidence, and resilience, guiding each individual through their own healing journey through intelligent, mindful movement.
