Francis De Asis is an animal lover and spin enthusiast who is certified in Yoga, Pilates and GYROTONIC®.

A Vegas transplant originally from New Jersey, Francis has been on the wellness scene in Vegas for nearly a decade teaching Yoga and Pilates (among other modalities).

He considers himself an eternal student and likes to push his boundaries.

Francis’ classes are filled with laughter, good energy, and plenty of accessible movement.

He aims to help his clients through their personal journey with bringing a sense of playfulness and adventure into their routine.
